Who we are
shakenest supplies protein shake vending machines and the consumables that go inside them, in the United States. These terms cover use of this site and orders placed through the store.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email, not when you click pay.
If we get a price wrong we will tell you before charging you, and you can cancel. We will not quietly ship at a price you did not agree to.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. By checking out you also accept Stripe's terms. We never store card details.
Shipping, returns and refunds

Product suitability
Supplies sold here are specified for the nest one machine. If you use a supplier we have not tested, we cannot guarantee it doses correctly and dosing faults caused by it are not covered.
Food safety
Operators are responsible for following the cleaning schedule and local food handling rules for their site. The machine cleans its own mixing head after every cup, which does not replace the operator's own obligations.
Machine placement
Hosting and operating agreements are separate written contracts. Nothing on this site is an offer of one, and figures shown in the calculator are illustrative rather than a projection of your results.
The calculator
Starting figures in the earnings calculator are US market assumptions, not shakenest results. They are there to be replaced with your own. We do not warrant any outcome from them.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when. Orders are governed by the terms in force when you placed them.
