What we collect
When you fill in a form
Your name, email, and whatever else you choose to enter: company, phone, location, headcount and your message. We use it to answer you and to work out whether a machine makes sense at your location. That is all.
When you buy something
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Your card number never reaches our servers and we never see it. Stripe passes us your name, email, phone and shipping address so we can ship the order and support it.
In your browser
Your cart is stored in your own browser using localStorage. It never leaves your device until you check out. We set no advertising cookies and run no third-party analytics or tracking pixels.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing.
- We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked a question.
- We do not run automated email sequences at you.
Who processes data for us
- Stripe — payments, checkout and order data.
- Resend — sending the emails you receive from us.
- Vercel — hosting, including standard server logs.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices
Email support@shakenest.com to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. We will not ask why.
